Pacific NW Properties was established in 1990 with a focus on suburban office and multi-tenant industrial business parks located throughout the Pacific Northwest. We actively engage in real estate development, asset management, and facility leasing. Pacific NW Properties' current portfolio of company-owned buildings exceeds 2,500,000 square feet, with the largest concentration of properties in the Portland/Vancouver metropolitan area. In addition, Pacific NW Properties controls prime development land in the Portland metropolitan area for future projects.
