Since 1990, we’ve built, acquired and cared for more than 3.5 million square feet of business parks, industrial buildings, service retail and suburban office space across the Portland metro area. We’re proud of every one of them, but they’re not what built our reputation. Our people did.

We’re family-owned, we manage our own buildings, and we hold them for the long haul.
