LEVETON 99 BUSINESS PARK, purchased in 1Q20, is our latest industrial land acquisition and home to a future Pacific NW Properties speculative multi-tenant business park. This prime 4.35-acre corner lot is located on the west end of Leveton Drive just off of Highway 99W in the thriving Tualatin submarket. PNWP plans to develop a two-building, approximately 60,000 square foot multi-tenant, light industrial business park to accommodate tenants in the 3,000 – 16,000 SF+ range.
