Alexandria Candler
Facility Manager
Born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona, Alexandria moved to Portland in 2019 to pursue a degree in Business Management at Portland State University. She began her career in multifamily property management, where she spent six years building experience before joining Pacific NW Properties as a Facility Manager in 2026.
Alexandria brings an extensive background in customer service and is committed to building positive relationships while finding practical, win-win solutions. Her favorite part of working at Pacific NW Properties is the company’s commitment to supporting its tenants and fostering a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
Outside of work, Alex enjoys exploring the Pacific Northwest with her two-year-old son, cooking homemade meals, cheering on the Portland Timbers, and putting her knowledge to the test at trivia nights.
