After growing up in Portland, Jack headed north to Tacoma to attend the University of Puget Sound, where he studied economics and business. His first experience in commercial real estate came in Seattle, working for a regional developer. That experience taught Jack two things: real estate is a people-first business where the impact can be meaningful and tangible, and Portland was the community where he most wanted to make a difference. Since returning to Portland in 2025, Jack has worked on an industrial brokerage team at Capacity Commercial Group, representing both landlords and tenants across the Greater Portland and Southwest Washington area. His approach starts with understanding each client’s goals and mission so he can deliver a winning solution for everyone at the table. Jack values the relationships this industry is built on, with clients, property owners, and fellow brokers alike. After hours, Jack enjoys running marathons, surfing, yoga, skiing, and spending time with his parents, nephew, and niece. He’s still a Logger at heart and a lifelong fan of the U.S. Men’s National Team and the Timbers, and he never misses a chance to catch a home game.
