Nikki Dellerman

Nikki is excited to be joining the Pacific NW Properties family. She has a passion for meeting and connecting with people to help make a lasting positive impression. She loves new experiences, problem solving, being creative and is always up for a challenge and adventure. Before coming back to Portland, Nikki was Director of Business development for a valuations firm in LA that did hundreds of appraisals of businesses and the commercial real estate they reside in. Before that, she was a radio DJ for 17 years in various genres, and in various states and cities. She was successful with marketing and sales in conjunction with her on air shows.
Nikki is from a big family in Tucson, Arizona, went out for adventure at 21 and lived in Alaska, Oregon, Idaho and California. She lived in Portland for 10 years, moved out during covid and could not be happier to be coming back to what feels like home. When not working you can find her exploring with her son, paddleboarding, hiking, at concerts, traveling and enjoying life.
