Following a 25 year career in the distribution industry, Tom became involved in the Commercial/Industrial real estate world as a developer and owner. This second career has been extremely rewarding in several ways. He has found that being involved in commercial real estate development is challenging, creative, and very exciting. He enthusiastically states, “This industry is filled with so many talented people who I respect and admire”.

When away from Pacific NW Properties, Tom loves spending time with his family.
