Pacific NW Properties honored with prestigious “Better Business Award” at 2026 Best of Beaverton Awards

In a beautiful auditorium at the Patricia Reser Center for the Arts in early March, several hundred people, including business leaders, community organizations, and elected officials gathered for an unforgettable evening, which included a dynamic “State of the City” address from Beaverton Mayor Lacey Beaty, as well as an awards ceremony designed to celebrate the outstanding individuals and groups within our community who have dedicated themselves to public service or have achieved excellence in their respective fields.

“Pacific NW Properties truly embodies the Best of Beaverton.” City of Beaverton Mayor, Lacey Beaty

In what was described as a very competitive category by Beaverton City staff, Pacific NW Properties was honored with the coveted “Better Business Award,” which celebrates a local business that actively gives back, whether through charitable efforts, sustainability initiatives, or community involvement.

Pacific NW Properties was founded in 1990 and has called Beaverton its home during its entire 36-year history. They are entrenched in Beaverton, working with hundreds of tenants, several local service providers, and city staff alike.

“Strong communities depend on local partners who care about the places they serve,” stated Beaverton Mayor Lacey Beaty. “Pacific NW Properties has been part of Beaverton’s story for decades, creating spaces where businesses can grow and succeed. This Best of Beaverton recognition reflects the role they’ve played in supporting our local economy and helping Beaverton remain a great place to do business.”

In addition to their business contributions, including the ownership and management of close to 600,000 square feet of industrial and office space in Beaverton alone, they are dedicated civic servants, and generous philanthropists. Every year, their team “adopts” several Beaverton families from Vose Elementary for the holiday season, volunteers at the Oregon Food Bank, and gives back to the kids through the Beaverton Resource Center.

“I am blessed and grateful to be part of such a wonderful group of individuals on this award-winning team,” exclaimed Nikki Dellerman, who just recently joined Pacific NW Properties in a marketing coordinator role and who attended the event. “It’s clear that our hard work, dedication, and commitment to our community and industry are making a huge impact!”
