In a sold-out Ritz-Carlton ballroom in downtown Portland last month, the commercial real estate and business community “rounded up” for the biggest event of the year, the 2025 ‘Night of Excellence in Commercial Real Estate’ awards show.
Pacific NW Properties played a critical role in the event, which was a Yellowstone/Country Western themed gala (mechanical bull and all), appropriately called “Round Up at the Ritz”: They sponsored the NOE, were a finalist for “Industrial Development of the Year” for their 26 NORTH II Business Park in Hillsboro, and Pacific’s Evan Bernstein produced and hosted the show for the third year in a row (not his first rodeo), bringing a slew of special guests, including Heisman Trophy Winner and NFL Rookie of the Year, Robert Griffin III (RGIII), Mayor Keith Wilson who Bernstein referred to as “the new sheriff in town,” Portland Diamond Project Founder Craig Cheek whose on a mission to bring MLB to Portland, a special presentation on the highly anticipated James Beard Public Market, radio personalities Jake Byron and Danny Dwyer from 98.7 The Bull who coached the audience on ‘how to go country’, iconic weatherman, Andy Carson from Fox 12, a check in from Studio 1A in New York with White House Correspondent and Today Show Host, Peter Alexander, and many more guests.

Awards were given out for the top developments of 2024, the top brokers, deals, property managers, service providers and community difference makers. Additionally, the industry raised over $60,000 for the RG3 Foundation which provides meals for families and children in need in our area.
A memorable moment from the event was when PNWP’s Brad Stern caught a deep pass from the legend RGIII to help raise money for charity. The Commercial Association of Brokers (CAB) as the headliner, as well as NAIOP and SIOR have been presenting this annual awards show for the past thirty-two years!
