A dream come true! Pacific NW Properties digs up a gem in Newberg with its latest acquisition.

In 2Q24, one week after closing on Franklin Business Park IV in Tualatin, Pacific NW Properties purchased a fully leased, approximately 29,000 square foot light industrial building located at 705 S. Springbrook Road, in Newberg, Oregon. The modern vintage concrete tilt-up warehouse has been re-branded as “Newberg Industrial Park II.”

“For years, we have sought to expand our presence in the rapidly growing Newberg submarket,” stated Senior Leasing and Asset Manager, Mitch Page. “To pick up a high quality sale/leaseback directly adjacent to our other holdings is a dream come true!”

In late 2021, Pacific purchased the two-building approximately 56,000 square foot Newberg Industrial Park I, which is leased to the dental giant, DCI. “The synergy created with the addition of the third asset within the park is second-to-none,” added Page.

The new building is occupied by a national leader in the powder coating, sports apparel and woodworking industries.
